All prices quoted are in AUD or specific to the region your IP address locates and are inclusive of the relevant sales tax unless otherwise specified. All products are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are set out in the delivery section of this website. Prices are correct at the time of order and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organisation.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate representations of the goods through images and descriptions. There may, however, be small variations in colour and design when items are viewed online compared to the physical goods. By using this site, you are deemed to have accepted this. Please contact us if you require further help with the colours represented.

We may choose not to fulfill any order (or part of any order) you have placed where this Website contains errors or inaccuracies, including but not limited to errors regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we choose not to fulfill an order, we will refund any amounts paid for the goods or services we are unable to provide.

4. Payment

5. Passing of Property and Risk

The title of the goods passes to the customer after full payment has been made by the customer, received by us, and the goods delivered. Risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased product(s) to either the purchaser, the purchaser’s property, or to any other third-party property.

6. Delivery

We will dispatch orders as soon as is reasonably possible. The customer will be notified of the dispatch date. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer as soon as possible when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers. All products are sent by courier of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a resaleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used. 

When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that items are well-packaged.

If goods returned to us are deemed faulty, incorrect, or damaged within 28 days of purchase, you will receive either a full refund, repair, or replacement.

8. Discount Exclusions

All promotions will exclude sale items unless stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or inability to use the Website.
